Health & Wellness Coaching

Your body is changing. Your schedule is full. The things that worked in your 20s and 30s may not work anymore — and trying harder isn't always the answer.

I help women in midlife simplify nutrition, movement, habits, and everyday wellness so they can feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in how they're taking care of themselves.

No extreme diets. No punishing workouts. No starting over every Monday.

Just realistic strategies designed for this season of life.

Midlife Changes the Conversation

For many women, somewhere in their 40s and 50s, health starts to feel different. Energy changes. Sleep can become unpredictable. Body composition may shift. Stress feels harder to recover from. Maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important. Old approaches to dieting and exercise may stop producing the same results.

And suddenly you're surrounded by conflicting advice about calories, protein, carbohydrates, fasting, supplements, hormones, strength training, and what you're supposedly doing wrong. It can be exhausting.

You don't need another set of impossible rules. You need help figuring out what actually makes sense for you, your body, and your life right now.

Wellness Without the All-or-Nothing Approach

My approach to health coaching is simple: We work with your life instead of asking you to build your life around a wellness program.

Together, we'll look at the areas that have the biggest impact on how you feel — including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, routines, recovery, and the habits that influence your health. Then we'll decide what actually needs attention.

You won't be expected to overhaul everything at once. You won't be handed a 1,200-calorie meal plan. And you won't be judged because real life got in the way. Instead, we'll build habits that are realistic enough to continue when life is busy, stressful, imperfect, and completely normal.

Coaching Designed for Women in Midlife

You may be a good fit for coaching if you're thinking:

“I know what I'm supposed to do. I just can't seem to do it consistently.”

“I'm eating differently and exercising, but my body isn't responding the way it used to.”

“I want to lose weight, but I don't want to spend the rest of my life dieting.”

“I know I need more protein, strength training, sleep, movement…all of it. I don't know where to start.”

“I'm tired of wellness being another thing I'm failing at.”

“I want to feel stronger and healthier as I get older — not smaller at any cost.”

If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly the kind of woman I created this coaching for.

What We Can Work On

Coaching is tailored to you. We can simplify meals and nutrition, build sustainable strength and movement habits, improve consistency without perfection, and make room for sleep, stress management, and recovery. We can also untangle the guilt and all-or-nothing rules that make wellness feel harder than it needs to.

A Note About Scope of Practice

Health and wellness coaching offers education, behavior-change support, goal setting, accountability, and general wellness guidance. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, mental-health professional, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Discuss new or concerning midlife symptoms with an appropriate healthcare provider; coaching can complement your existing care team.
