Please note that, as a policy, we do not accept returns. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Each piece is handmade by our artists and is one of a kind in its making. 

However, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address any issues and work to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Custom orders can only be cancelled before work is started to create them.
